Drop In Classes   

Tuesdays

  • 7:15-8:15pm AntiGravity Aerial Yoga (Open Level)

Wednesdays

  • 10:00-11:00am AntiGravity Fundamentals
  • 10:00-11:00am Open Play (ages 6 months-11 years old. Come play in our downtown gymnastics area with our VEGA staff. Pre-registration recommended. Parent MUST be taking the 10:00am Aerial Yoga class)
  • 11:15-12:15pm AntiGravity Aerial Yoga (Intermediate)
  • 11:15-12:15pm Open Play (ages 6 months-11 years old. Come play in our downtown gymnastics area with our VEGA staff. Pre-registration recommended. Parent MUST be taking the 11:15am Aerial Yoga class)

Thursdays (No class on August 24th or 31st)

  • 7:15-8:15pm AntiGravity Aerial Yoga (Open Level) 

Fridays (No class on August 25th)

  • 10:00-11:00am AntiGravity Suspension Fitness
  • 10:00-11:00am Open Play (ages 6 months-11 years old. Come play in our downtown gymnastics area with our VEGA staff. Pre-registration recommended. Parent MUST be taking the 10:00am Aerial Yoga class)
  • 11:15-12:15pm AntiGravity Restorative Yoga
  • 11:15-12:15pm Open Play (ages 6 months-11 years old. Come play in our downtown gymnastics area with our VEGA staff. Pre-registration recommended. Parent MUST be taking the 11:15am Aerial Yoga class) 

 

There will be no Aerial Classes August 31st-September 15th, 2017

Fall Schedule Begins on September 18th, 2017

  • Tuesdays 10:00-11:00am Aerial Yoga (Fundamentals)
  • Tuesdays 11:15-12:15pm Aerial Yoga (Intermediate/Advanced)
  • Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm Aerial Yoga (Open Level)
  • Thursdays 7:00-8:00pm Aerial Yoga (Open Play)
  • Fridays 10:00-11:00am Aerial Yoga Suspension Fitness (must have taken at least 3 fundamental courses to take this class)
  • Fridays 11:15-12:15pm Restorative Aerial Yoga

  • Fridays 6:00-7:00pm @ our Main Location (840 NW 10th Avenue Camas, Washington 98607)

Private Group Lessons available upon request
