Studio Policies

CLASS PACKAGES

  • Class packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and no extensions will be given.

  • 3-class Packages (new clients only) expire after 2 months from the date of purchase. 5-class Packages & 10-class Packages expire after 6 months from the date of purchase.

LATE ARRIVALS

Due to required hammock adjustments, late arrivals are disruptive to the flow of class and disrespectful to clients who arrive on time. Clients must arrive to class on time, and late students will be denied entry to class and charged as if they had attended. Please keep this in mind when coming to the studio for the first time and allow yourself adequate time to find the studio and parking. Newcomers MUST arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of their first class.

CANCELLATIONS

Due to the limited amount of spaces per class, all regularly scheduled classes have a 2-hour cancellation policy. If the 2-hour notice is not given (early cancel), the client will be considered as a late cancel which is non-refundable, non-transferable, and no extensions are given.

ATTIRE

Wear workout wear that covers the shoulders and underarms (Short & long sleeved) and legs. Please no tank tops, so we can maintain the cleanliness of our hammocks. Do not wear anything with zippers or buttons.

ABSOLUTELY NO JEWELRY MAY BE WORN.

BEFORE CLASS

  • All clients must sign a waiver prior to attending class. Parents or guardians must sign a waiver for all clients under the age of 18.

  • Please sign-in with the front desk when you arrive, even if you have a reservation.

DURING CLASS

We do not allow anyone to flip, spin, or climb onto the hammocks before class. Students can seek the help of the teacher after class, but supervision is required. Please listen and watch your instructor carefully as she demonstrates and explains important safety and comfort concerns with the wraps and in order for you to minimize your risk of injury in your practice. For the safety of all clients, clients who do not follow instruction or attempt to perform tricks or poses not being covered in class will be asked to leave and charged regularly for the class.

FACILITY

  • When waiting in the hallway, voices and activity must be kept to a minimum. This is crucial to the atmosphere of respect for all clients of VEGA/Virtuosity.

  • Food and beverages are allowed in the hallways. Please be respectful and clean up after yourself.

  • Gum is not permitted.

  • Water is permitted in the Studios. Please, no glass bottles.

  • Please turn off your cell phones prior to entering class.

  • Remove your shoes prior to entering the studio.

  • Personal items should be kept inside of the cubbies in each studio. Items should not be left out in the hallways. VEGA/Virtuosity is not held responsible for your personal belongings.
